That's the thing about BL - what is its purpose? It's not just a tracking site like GR is. It's like a blog for the user as well. I think BL has too much for my needs. I don't need a blog on there too.

I really like GR's UI too. And like you mentioned, it's easy to use. That's why I think I'm going to stick it out with GR and just remove my reviews. Just use it for the sole purpose of tracking my reading and my books.

I loved your thoughts on Goodreads. I also lost some books on Booklikes after import, not sure the complete total. I have already put this on my list for Bloggiesta to fix. I like Goodreads for the fact that is has the book description right on their site and they don't take you to an outside source to pull that information. I like Booklikes for their look, etc., but I do have to review what its purpose is in my blogger life.

I am not sure what to do about GoodReads. I really like the site, its look, and how easy it is to use. At the same time, I am concerned about GoodReads choosing to deleting my reviews or shelves (not that anything I have done violates the ToS). I am starting to look into alternative sites to store my information, so I don't have to worry about losing everything I have organized.
