I try to steer clear of kids as much as possible in romance novels. They don't belong there! I hadn't ever read anything...I loved this book! I hadn't ever read anything from the author or the Virgin River series, but I felt it was very well written. I enjoyed it so much I've started reading the series. <br /><br />I laughed out loud when you said you don't like to mix children in the books you read. HAHA! I've only got 1 son (11 months) and I hear you loud and clear! I tried reading I Don't Know How She Does It by Allison Pearson and I just couldn't do it. I was more stressed after I read than before. That book was TOO much. I had to stop. I was making mental notes when she was about all the stuff I had to do.
