The sex was scorching hot but it had emotional intimacy which for me is even more important. I like Carina Press for MM romance/romantica because the books often explore the relationship and don't just make it about sex like other publishers, IMO (cough, Siren, cough). I've reviewed a few MM romance here on TBV so search them out and let me know if you'd like even more recommendations.
