In My Pocket is a weekly feature where J9 and I share some of the links we’ve collected in Pocket. (To find out what Pocket is and how to use it, check out my tutorial on Pocket.) Some links will be book-related while some may be off-topic. Who knows what you’ll find in our Pocket ;) And if you use Pocket, we invite you to share what’s in your Pocket as well.
In Brianna's Pocket:
- Here’s a video of a girl reciting Dr. Seuss’ Oh, The Places You’ll Go! in 68 accents. I’m sure some of the accents are not entirely correct but it’s interesting to watch.
- Exercise balls are dangerous, y’all. Dangerous!
- Plates of food that are so cute and made of awesome, you wouldn’t even want to eat them.
- This is some pretty good photoshopping (is that even a word?) work of animals being morphed together.
- This lady’s jump roping skills are off the hook! Where’s my jump rope? I feel pumped to do some jump roping.
- Like creating book covers? Epic Reads wants to see your cover creation for Allegiant, the third installment in Veronica Roth’s Divergent series.
- This dad is awesome. His son wants to watch Sophia the First and there’s nothing wrong with that, no matter what the moron in line next to the dad and son thinks. (My son loves that show too.)
My girls love sophia the first too :)
ReplyDeleteOhh...good links this week! Love the 68 Accents of Dr. Seuss--that's a talented lady.
ReplyDeleteThe Sophia the First is so sweet! I might have had to buy the movie for Sam too.
