Month in Review: December 2012

The Book Vixen's Month in Review

I have Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell on the mind. I just started watching Prison Break (I’m on Season 4) and I am hooked! So hooked, I haven’t been reading. How have I not watched this show until now? Must. Finish. Watching. And now I want to read books with a similar flavor. So if you know of any (must have a romance), please do let me know.

I am glad the holidays are over. They were fun but it’s nice to get back to the normal everyday life. But with a new year upon us, there are usually resolutions that come with it. I resolve to give up chocolate (crazy, I know). I also have a few reading goals for this year: read 100 books, read 24 books from my TBR pile, and read 12 freebies from my TBR pile. I missed my goal to read 100 books in 2012 and I was a sad panda. Do you make new year resolutions?

    1. I am completely obsessed with the show too. I'm half way thru the fourth season. I'm afraid of what's to come because I've heard that people were not happy with the way the show ends. Eek!

  4. Author Jennifer Lane LOVES Prison Break and modeled her character, Grant Madsen, after Wentworth. You should read her CONduct series! It's great romantic suspense!

I haven't watched Prison Break but must look into it. From what y'all say it is a must see. I have been hooked on Sons Of Anarchy. OMG, Jax leaves me drooling!
