You know this is the only challenge that I stuck with and completed LOL :)
ReplyDeleteI'm excited for 2012 already! Thanks for the challenge. :)
ReplyDeleteThough I didn't take part in 2011, I definately plan on joining in during 2012. I love reading and I love challenges. What a mixture!!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to 2012! Love this challenge!
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting. Hoping that I do better in 2012.
ReplyDeleteThis is so NOT going to happen . My challenge for 2011 was and is 250 books. Thankfully I'm still 3 books ahead, but I have 4 reviews to write and post so my reading will suffer for a day or three. I'll stay at 250 for next year thank you very much. LOL
ReplyDeleteI participated in this challenge this year and it's kept me in line so I'm really looking forward to participating next year as well.
ReplyDeleteSeeming as I just became interested in book blogging earlier this year, this will be the first time I've ever signed up for a challenge. I'm amazed by the awesomeness of the book blogging world every day.
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome post! I did this wrong the first time, so you'll see my name twice in the list. Sorry!
ReplyDeleteThis is my first year with the challenge. I am really looking forward to it.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're doing this one again, I've had fun with it this year.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to try to read 16+ more books than this year which could put me at 236 books to read if I get to 220 like I plan this year. Love this challenge!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to try to be on fire!!! LOL But I already have such a high goal that it will start getting really hard to beat in the next couple years! Also a question, when I signed up I put my goodreads profile but now I just started a blog so can I change my link? Or should I just put both and keep track on both?
ReplyDeleteCan't wait til January 1st!!!
ReplyDelete@Jennifer Messerschmidt
ReplyDeleteChange your link. No need to keep track on both sites. Just make sure you do a blog post on your blog for this challenge and link to that post (don't link to your blog's main page). Let me know if you run into any snags.
Nothing better than a reason to push myself; I'm sooo in!
ReplyDeleteI'm a reading fanatic so of course I'm in!
ReplyDeleteAwesome challenge. Thank you for hosting and I've joined the fun.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a blog, but I left my goodreads account link in the sign up section under "BookChick." So for future reference I chose the "Breaking a sweat" level and plan to read 15 more books, bringing my total for 2012 to 100 books. I'm hoping I finally reach that goal in the New Year! Good luck to all who signed up! Let's hope 2012 brings many more good reads and no apocalypse or end-of-the-world shenanigans! Lol! Happy reading! =)
ReplyDeleteCount me in, please - I'm going for the "out of breath level", to bring me up to 40 from 34.
ReplyDeleteMay I count books that I began in 2011 but will finish in 2012? One of my challenges is "Books I Started But Didn't Finish", and I'm hoping to complete four such books in 2012.
Hopefully, after a dismal reading year in 2011, this will give me the boost I need to get reading again in 2012! Can't wait to get started. :)
ReplyDelete*smiles*
Count me in. I'm on fire!

I was all looking forward to this, and then realized that in order to outdo myself, I'd have to read almost a book a day...so I think I'll have to withdraw this year, but should be back next year!
ReplyDeleteI started out with a low goal and actually read 14 books over my goal last year!! I'm anxious to see how I do this year! Thanks so much hosting!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I did too bad last year, but I definitely could've done better. So I'm excited to do this!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting this challenge again this year. I managed to outdo myself by 17 books in 2011. This year, I'm just aiming to outdo myself by 1 book. It's going to be a challenge for sure!
ReplyDeleteGlad to join the challenge.Find my sign up post here:

I'm in again! Thanks for hosting again. =O)
ReplyDeleteI'm excited to join this challenge. I have just signed up. Let's see how it goes :). Thanks for having this challenge...
ReplyDeleteLove this challenge...always try to outdo myself every year reading. We'll see if I can do it again. :D
ReplyDeleteThis challenge is perfect for me. I love to see if I can beat my last year's reading goal. This year I'm trying for 60 books, 2 more than last year. I guess that's the "Getting Your Heartrate Up" level.
ReplyDeleteI just started my book blog today and I also just signed up for this challenge. Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteThis should be easy - I just graduated college in December so I have so much more time to read! (Stuff I want to read, that is.) Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward in outdoing myself in my reading this year. The perfect challenge for me!
ReplyDeleteI NEED to outdo myself- my reading last year was pathetic! Glad there's an official challnge spot to update with other readers!
ReplyDeleteAlready behind. But enjoying the books I have read so far!
ReplyDeleteI'm over halfway through the year. Should I go for it? Don't know if there is a prize but it's wonderful you qualify non signed-up reads from January 1st. You also allow multiple challenge content, which makes my task easy! :-) Pleased to introduce myself to you and everyone, 'Book Vixen'! http://cmriedel.wordpress.com/2012/06/27/my-home-and-native-land/
ReplyDeleteNope, it's not too late to join in. No prizes other than reading :)
DeleteI finished! A long time ago because I read an embarrassingly small amount of books last year lol. Your challenge is #5 on this list. I'm on fire!

I'm well past where I was at this point last year and very excited that I am close to my goal as well. Pretty sure that the four days I have at Thanksgiving will get me over the finish line!
