Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Americans! This is my favorite holiday of the year. I love spending the day with family. And we can’t forget the eating! I’m content on eating turkey with mashed potatoes, both of which are to be drenched in homemade gravy, all day long. Yummy!

  1. I must have pumpkin pie & oyster dressing (made by my grandma). Everything else is a bonus!

Did you end up cooking your turkey this year?

  2. Happy Thanksgiving! My must have is Sweet Potato Casserole. This was my very first dish I ever made for the family at Thanksgiving, and now it's one of the "traditions".

  3. Happy Thanksgiving to you too! I had lots of must-haves before I got pregnant. Now all I want is Mexican food or Sonic burgers. :)

  4. I MUST have the candied yams. Either with the marshmallows or the pecans. Both are amazing. I love sweet potatoes! :)

  7. Stuffing! Stuffing stuffing stuffing and more stuffing. I could probably eat the entire dish of stuffing by myself, so just in case I bought a ton of extra ingredients in case we have to make more!

  10. My staples (in addition to the turkey and mashed potatoes & gravy) are Grandma's Pistachio Salad recipe and Mom's Orange Cream Fruit Salad (yes, it tastes like an orange creamsicle) and my double-layer pumpkin cheesecake. YUMMY!
