**From the Library**
I went a little overboard at the library on Friday. You see, it's been about a year since I've been there (for myself). The last book I borrowed was Twilight. I didn't realize my very own library has such a great selection of YA books! I know that I won't be able to read all of these in my allotted 3 weeks. Some I got on a try-out basis. So here's what I grabbed:Wounded (The Wereling, #1) by Stephen Cole
[ I've never heard of or seen this book but it looked like 13 to Life so I grabbed it. ]
Pretty Dead by Francesca Lia Block
[ I've had this one on my wishlist and the library had it! I love this cover! ]
24 Girls in 7 Days by Alex Bradley
[ Another one I've had on my wishlist. ]
Candor by Pam Bachorz
[ I think most of the book bloggers have heard/seen/read this one. I'm going to give it a shot. No promises though. ]
Beautiful Americans by Lucy Silag
[ I have no idea what this book is about. I just love the cover! ]
Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld
[ Another one I think we've all heard/seen/read. I'm not sure if this is the sort of flavor I like but I'm going to give it a shot. Again, no promises. But man, do I LOVE that cover! ]
Mr. Playboy: Hugh Hefner and the American Dream by Steven Watts
[ Okay, so I'm a Hef fan. He basically create the nudey-magazine empire and made major cha-ching! I'll most likely skim through this. I'm not big on non-fiction and/or biographies but I'll give it a whirl. I didn't realize how thick this book is! (454 pages in small font.) Definitely skimming... ]
**Bought**
This cute monkey notebook. I love notebooks and journals. I would collect them if I had an endless supply of the green paper.
That's what I got. What did you get? Anything up there peek your interest?
