Books: My Two Dollar Find

I was just browsing around at a bookstore outlet (used to be a Circuit City) a couple months ago. Then I found this for $2:

A little bit of crayon and pencil markings on the cover

(Click on pictures for bigger view)

It used to belong to one "Kerrin Schoeninger"

I wonder who she is...?

The illustrations are awesome:

Awww, Pooh and Piglet. BFFs for life.

Pooh and that honey is like me and chocolate.

The lady at the cash register couldn't believe the find. It was too cute to pass up.

What was your best find?

What a great find. How nice you have a book outlet close by.

I don't have any great finds yet. There is a little second hand book store at the back of my local library that donates all proceeds to charity. I've been meaning to have a look around in there. I think I will now! :)

Winnie the Pooh was a big favorite. I loved Christopher Robin, my name being Robin it always made me feel special. You really lucked ot on this.

Fiction Vixen - The outlet was only there for a couple of months. I need to find a mom-and-pop type of bookstore. They still exist, right?

That is amazing! I love books that inspire you not only with the words, but their quality!Older books seem to do that much better than newer ones. Great find!

What lovely loot. I love the classic illustrations - before Pooh was Disneyfied.

This is awesome you said you got it for two bucks, amazing.

I have emailed for the exact deadline of the Covet review I am thinking it is in like two weeks or something like that. We have a little bit of time. You are not the first to ask about the deadline I have asked them to put something on the site. I think it was just overlooked for the moment we are still wrapping up Never Cry Werewolf. It is awesome to have you...
